Subsequently, she launched a thriving Real Estate Transaction Coordinating company while caring for her baby. Now, she has made the decision to re-enter in real estate sales and is currently in the final stages of obtaining her Broker’s license. With a comprehensive understanding of real estate practices, contracts, and disclosures gained from closing thousands of real estate files across residential, commercial, and business transactions in the last 10 years, she not only possesses essential negotiating skills but also has the foresight to anticipate the requirements for a successful real estate transaction, benefiting both Buyers and Sellers.

Nicole is a native Angeleno who has been working in real estate since 2013. Born and raised in Beverlywood, she attended Beverly Hills High School and then the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. After college, Nicole moved to New York City where she began a career in the music industry, working alongside executives at publishing companies, major record labels and management companies. Shortly after returning home to Los Angeles, a career change led her to working for a top agent at Re/Max Estate Properties. She became well-versed in the many facets of the business and officially joined the company as an agent in 2017. Nicole's ability to strategically navigate and negotiate the best outcome in the complexities of real estate transactions is paired perfectly with her commitment to personalized service, ensuring that every step of the process is orchestrated with precision, transparency and respect for each client's individual needs.
