Which neighborhood is right for you? 

Norma Triangle

Known for being the most historic neighborhood in West Hollywood, Norma Triangle, covers the area north of Santa Monica Boulevard and south of Sunset Boulevard between Doheny Drive and San Vicente Boulevard. The neighborhood is filled with single-family bungalows dating to the 1910s and 1920s.

West Hollywood West

West Hollywood West is a residential neighborhood in West Hollywood. It encompasses the area bound by Doheny Drive and Beverly Hills on the west, Melrose Avenue on the north, La Cienega Boulevard on the east and Beverly Boulevard on the south. The neighborhood is walkable, with cafes and restaurants, malls and movie theatres, parks, design shops and the Pacific Design Center in close proximity. The area is represented by West Hollywood West Residents Association ("WHWRA"), one of the city's largest and most organized residents associations.

Tri-West

Tri-West is close to West Hollywood Park and the library. Residents say the best part of living in Tri-West is the proximity to shops and restaurants. It is close to all West Hollywood’s main events including Halloween Carnaval, Gay Pride Parade, and more.

West Hollywood North

With a mix of single-family homes, large apartment buildings and even a few high-rises, West Hollywood North covers the area north of Santa Monica Boulevard and south of Sunset Boulevard between San Vicente and La Cienega. The area is home to the original West Hollywood Library and Fire Station. It is a very walkable city and can be considered home to everyone.

West Hollywood Height

The smallest of the neighborhoods, West Hollywood Heights is in the area of the city north of Sunset BLVD. Made up almost entirely of apartment buildings it is the most friendliest neighborhood in town. The town also has fantastic views of the city and offers convenience of being able to walk to Sunset BLVD with its wide mix of restaurants, clubs and shops,

Center City

Home to one-fifth of WeHo’s population, Center City boasts some of the largest, most historic apartment buildings in the city, and some of its most beautiful architecture. Center City is comprised of the areas below Sunset Boulevard to the city’s southern border (Waring Avenue, Willoughby Avenue or Romaine Street, depending on which block you’re on) and between La Cienega Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue. The neighborhood has a feel for what Hollywood was like in the 30s and 40s.


Eastside

The Eastside of West Hollywood has an urban design and character that is unique and distinguished from surrounding neighborhoods. It is bounded by N. La Brea Avenue to the east, Fountain Avenue to the north, N. Hayworth Avenue to the west, and the West Hollywood city boundary to the south. Has a mix of regional and small-scale local retail stores along Santa Monica Boulevard and adjacent small and medium-scale residential areas on the north and south make the area highly walkable. Historically, it is known for its strongly rooted Russian-speaking community and its range of locally oriented community markets and shops.
