After receiving training from a leading agent in Los Angeles in 2004, Jamielynn successfully established her own real estate business as a REALTOR® in two states. She subsequently launched a thriving Real Estate Transaction Coordinating company while caring for her newborn baby. Now, she has decided to re-enter the market in sales and is in the final stages of obtaining her Broker’s license. With a comprehensive understanding of real estate practices, contracts, and disclosures gained from closing thousands of real estate files across residential, commercial, and business transactions over the past 10+ years, she not only possesses essential negotiating skills but also has the foresight to anticipate the requirements for a successful real estate transaction, benefiting both Buyers and Sellers.
